Adi brings extensive experience in the Marine, Offshore, and Subsea industries. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has demonstrated leadership, technical proficiency, and business acumen while successfully navigating the complexities of the industry, building a solid foundation of knowledge and skills. Adi leads the strategic direction and overall management of the Company and is committed to delivering exceptional solutions, expanding market presence, and making a lasting impact in the maritime and energy industries.
Adi holds an MBA from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans, a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans, and a Diploma in Marine Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.

Bob brings a profound understanding of the maritime industry and a passion for revolutionizing crew training and competence. Bob’s extensive background encompasses two decades of shore-based marine safety and operations consulting. Drawing from his 30 years of at-sea leadership experience, he holds a wealth of experience in managing the care and handling of liquefied gases.
With his deep industry knowledge and decades of hands-on experience, Bob is at the forefront of implementing new modalities as a means to accelerate upskilling and enhance operational proficiency. His commitment to advancing workforce training methodologies aligns with the Company’s mission to support our customers while delivering cutting-edge solutions and transforming the maritime and offshore energy industries to achieve net-zero targets.
